Gary M. Jacobs

Consulting Services Partner and President, JEM Consulting, Inc.
Gary has over 20 years of experience as a business and technology professional. He has held
senior management level positions with top tier Audit, Accounting & Consulting firms, and executive level financial,
operational and technical positions within industry. Gary’s business background includes, but is not limited to,
business planning, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance (Sarbanes Oxley and Chapter 11), accounting,
financial management, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. Gary’s technical background includes experience
with Oracle, Peoplesoft and J.D.Edwards ERP Systems; Microsoft Desktop and Office Solutions; IBM AS/400 and e-Series;
and a wide variety of database and business intelligence tools.
Gary started consulting to small businesses in 1989, part time, while he was a corporate VP and Controller in industry.
He started consulting full time in 1994 and worked his way up to senior management - leading the NYC Distribution &
Manufacturing Solutions Delivery practice for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting/ PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1998, Gary left
PriceWaterhouseCoopers to form JEM (Jacobs Enterprise Management) Consulting. Gary has a BS in Accounting from the State
University of New York and an MBA from Adelphi University.
Anthony Cioffoletti
Client Services Partner and President, BTAG
Anthony has over 20 years of experience as a business and technology professional. He has held
executive level positions within the technology and insurance industries. Anthony’s business background
includes, financial management, sales management and technology management. Anthony’s technical
background includes experience with IBM AS/400 and e-Series hardware, operating systems and database;
Microsoft and Cisco network architecture; Microsoft Office Suite; and a wide variety of database and
business intelligence tools. Anthony has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Air Force Academy
and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
Alexander Velinov
Technology Services Partner and President, System Fusion
Alexander has over 18 years of experience as a technology professional, predominately in the insurance
industry. His background includes substantial technical achievements in the area of new development.
Alexander’s technical background includes experience with Microsoft’s SQL/Server database, and a host
of programming languages and tools. He is an IBM AS/400 Certified Specialist and a Microsoft Certified
Solution Developer. Alexander has a BA from New York University and a MS from the New York Institute of
Technology.
