ICE is a newly formed network of independent consultants who have a shared philosophy and approach to delivering consulting services to our clients. The term “ICE” is not only fitting as an acronym, it also describes “diamonds in the rough”, which is fitting for a network of consultants who offer value equal to, or greater than, our “polished” competitors.

Benefits of ICE membership include the following:

1) Camaraderie and collaboration with a peer network of similarly minded professionals

2) Listing in the ICE Database and Skills Matrix

3) Access to skills, knowledge and professional resources to enhance your service offerings

4) Access to consulting leads and opportunities from trusted colleagues

5) Assistance with common consulting industry practice management, such as:

- Legal entity and compliance advice and references
- Healthcare and corporate insurance advice and references
- Marketing, proposal, billing and rate setting advice and assistance

ICE membership is granted to independent consultants who comply with the following criteria:

1) Members must be a self represented consulting practitioner. This includes only self employed consultants or owners of independent consulting firms. A member must actually deliver “hands-on” consulting services. Recruiters or agencies are not permitted as members.

2) Members must deliver business-centric consulting services with the objective of enhancing their client’s business performance

3) Members must have a combination of industry/business experience and consulting experience. The total combination of experience must be at least 5 years

4) Members must submit the following information to be considered for membership:

- CV or Resume (complete with client names)
- Three different client references

5) Members must be willing to share consulting leads and opportunities with fellow members, and are required to share at least one lead or opportunity per year
